Recently I had an opportunity to be in touch with Lane Master's Customer Service people. My problem started about a year ago when I was in contact with one of their reps. At that time I thought I was being taking care of but suddenly the Rep lost contact with me.

 

When I reopened the problem I find that the rep is no longer working at LM ..I'm sure that's why he didn't respond. My new contact GALEN GENTRY had my problem resolved to my satisfaction within 3 weeks!

I was very impressed .. Thank you Galen ..Lane Master's has a winner with you .. Thanks one more time!
