Of their currently available balls, I'd guess their most middle of the road balls, as far as ball reaction go, are the NS2, the Masterpiece and the World Class Reactive.
The NS2 is a solid particle ball that handles medium oil, up to almost medium-hevay oil, with a very even smoother reaction, FOR THE AVERAGE REV AND AVERAGE BALL SPEED type of bowler.
The MP is a polished resin pearl and the WCR is a polished solid resin. If you do not drill them to flip, they won't flip, for the above average bowler.
For me, the MP handles medium oil, at a minimum, in its box surface. So far as I have seen the cover, even though it's a pearl is pretty strong. I had to drill it weak and adjust the surface to make it handle less than true medium oil.
I have not tried the WCR but from reviews I have read, from comments made here and from seeing people use it, it is a very even rolling ball with a strong, strong arc at the backend. Its core is very even rolling. I have not seen nor heard of it flipping; but I guess anything can be made to "flip".
My favorite Legends balls are two that have been discontinued: the original New Standard and the Big Kahuna. Both handle medium oil, with the NS edging up towards Meadium-heavy. The NS is super even rolling and reacting; I have never made it flip and snap, with drilling and surfaces changes. The BK will snap fairly hard for a solid particle, with a 4x4 drill.
The NS is what established the Legends reputation, in my mind, with its ability to be used by anyone and its oddly powerful hitting power. 10 pins rarely stand when it hits the pocket.
