Here are some of the Lane Masters/legends finish notes I've accumulated over the years:
Black Pearl. Wet sand with 320, 400, 600 and then 800 grit paper. Polish with High gloss polish and then scuff lightly with the white pad.
Most of the models that have "Sheen" as their final finish have the super high gloss polish applied with their Legends Factory Finish polish (non-abrasive) on top of the 800 grit sanding. Then they have a "hazing" with another light grey (800 grit) nylon pad. BUT after that last hazing, you can still see the polish underneath. The result is closer to, roughly equivalent to a 1500 grit matte finish, than an 800 grit total sanding. It's actually kind of tricky to arrive at.
Their polished balls (WCR, BRB, Hornet, Buzz, etc) eliminate that final "hazing".
Conquerer: Wet sand with 320, 400, burn in a good coat of LM factory finish polish, 1000 white pad wet = OOB
Hornet: 800-grit, then polish
Black Pearl: Also listed as maroon pad, grey pad, then a "buttload" of factory finish polish
Black Pearl according to Galen: 320, 400, 800, LM factory finish polish, then white pad
