What balls are higher rev player's useing when they encounter heavy oil, and what layout?

Higher revs is not necessarily the info needed. Ball speed enters into the picture. Higher ball speeds have different requirements than slower ball speeds. "Rev dominant" and "speed dominant" seem lately to paint a better picture of the bowler.
