Hole in arsenal
« on: February 14, 2010, 06:09:07 PM »
I have a question about filling my arsenal.
I have Hornet, NS and BigBang.
Which ball would fit between H and NS? (Buzz?)
And big gap is between NS and BB.
Is there place for BPR and BP/WCPP or maybe yeah baby? (Have a problem with burnt heads, playing deep, when BB is too strong in midlane and NS does not finish)
Maybe there is place for TR?

Stats:
Med speed (18-19mph)
High revs ~500
PAP 5" and 1/2

Buzz would fit great inbetween Hornet and NS, your problem is finding one. The Solid strike or Sure Strike would be a great choice as well and much easier and cheaper to find. The upcoming Ulitmate power would be good I am sure as well.

Black pearl reactive is a very strong pearl for me, and I think it would overlap a little with the NS. a polished Xtreme damage would give you a different look from what you have right now, but cover the same conditions

Would YB or polished Sting fit between NS and BB?
How does WCPP compare to that?

Need a ball that goes long and flips hard on carrydown...

The TR would definitely fit between the H and the NS. I polished mine and it's very week. AT the stock 800 grit US it's a true medium oil ball. If you want it a little weaker try first 2000 Abralon, then try 4000 Abralon

The Buzz would fit, if you can find one.

A polished, or a 4000 Abralon Buzz Attack might also fit there.

Very surprised you need another ball between the NS and the BB.
Is the NS polished or drilled weakly? or
been used enough to need an oil extraction?
Although they last a long time, they still absorb oil and do need it occasionally.

My NS is drilled pretty strong - pin in ring and cg direct below. NS has only few games on it.
Maybe it''s polished too much - 2000 abralon+polish.
Last week had problem - BB (OOB) was too strong in midlane (too smooth), but NS was too weak. So I''''m searching something for skid-flip.

How does NS compare to Yb/WCPP/Sting? I have an opportunity to gen them NIB!

Ah, yes, that will definitely add length (and backend) and make more suitable for medium oil.

The YB is stronger than the NS with the same drilling: more length, more hook, more backend - almost skid/flip with the stock surface.

Can't tell you about the WCPP.

FYI Valentino's Resurrection can restore the "sheen" finish to the BB, the NS, and the YB.

Would Terminator Rebellion or World Class Reactive fit under NS and over Hornet?
How does these two compare?

You're right. Took surface a bit off of NS and now between NS and BB there is pretty small gap.

either one of those two would fill that gap very nicely. You could also pick up a Buzz that they are rereleasing as we speak, there may still be time if you get on the ball asap.
