LaneMaster Bag Durability
« on: April 04, 2009, 07:02:49 AM »
Lanemasters promotes their equipment as high quality and very durable, but I have found their 3-ball bags a problem. I have already had one replaced due to the material tearing and my replacement bag now needs replacing. It is tearing badly around the handle with another tear on a side pocket. I have not had any problems with the base or wheels, but only the material. I have contacted Lanemasters twice about this, but I have not had a return call from their representative Scott who is located in this region. I take very good care of my bowling equipment. Has anyone else had this kind of problem with LM bags?

I've got to say that the customer service at Lanemasters is great. I recieved a brand new replacement bag yesterday. I hope to have better luck with the bag material than I did previously.

Great going guys!
