I brought the BK sanded to 4000 Abralon last year. It was far too much ball.
Unless you have firm ball speed OR you choose some polish, I'd opt for a strongish resin like the XS Power or the Terminator Rebellion, of the current crop. Of course, a lot depends on the bowler's release, ball speed and drilling, as per usual.
This is fresh in my mind because I practiced on a Nationals-like shot this morning and a matte finish resin solid was just fine.
On Sgls/Dbls, you have to be prepared to see almost anything from a nice continuation of the team shot to drastic dry to a very spotty shot. I'd bring at least a mild pearl and polished, mild drilled solid or a medium pearl.
I'd bring XS Power and Buzz.
