Title: info on the Answer
Post by: newbie101 on April 04, 2010, 12:08:57 PM
Anybody owns the Answer ball? could not find much info or much owner review of the ball? what reaction to expect, or any ball that is comparable in reaction.

Thanks.

Wish I could have offered more. It was a confusing ball to say the least. Could be dynamite, could be a sputter.

I only recall a Pearl urethane and a Particle pearl resin! The ball was supposed to be a particle pearl. I believe the urethane was a production line mistake.

Since it is a slight risk (maybe 15-30% chance of its being urethane), I'd offer the pro shop something like $60-70 drilled, to "take it off his hands", IF you're feeling adventurous. And, if you can afford the financial risk involved. I mean, you can't take it back and tell him you don't like it.

By the way, way back in 2004 when it was released, it was a perfect medium oil ball. By now, it might cover medium-light oil. It comes highly polished, but that can be changed.

I talked to the pro shop guy today, He said that ball just go straight...so your right about that Charlest..this one is a urethane, that is why its been sitting on the shelf forever.
