BP the particles would help out, I have one and can use it on about any shot over light mediums. Clears heads well and still hook's off the oil pattern with some pop too it.

I would try to find a NIB Yeah Baby for an oiler with some length, not easy to find but the ball is pretty long for a solid.

I have BP, 2 Terminators and a Yeah Baby all can be used on heavier shots with no problems. Of course the BP is the longest and straighest on that type of shot, sure true heavy oil nothing hooks but if a league type of shot by 4-5 frames any of these balls will get it done.

I have seen the BPR twice I doubt it would work as well from watching it, it is more open up the lane type of ball for mediums.

If the Sting isn't making the turn, The Yeah Baby probably would. It's a matte finish vs the Sting's polished surface. Of course, you could rough up the Sting SLIGHTLY with a nylon pad, just enough to haze about 50% of the cover, NOT to actually sand it. You'd probably have to do that with any pearl, like the Black Pearl, a polished particle pearl. Good thing for you about the BP is that it flares a lot more than the Sting, but the Sting is a solid.

If you need to get thru the heads, a hazed Black Pearl may be the safest bet, in comparison to the Sting.
