I didn't know much about this ball when I drilled it, but I really liked the original Buzz, so I was interested in seeing what this ball has to offer.

I drilled it with the Pin 4 inches and the CG 3 3/4 inches from my PAP. My PAP is 5 1/2 over and 1/2 up.

During the testing on our normal house shot I could see this ball was strong. I was able to move deeper inside than I was with the original Buzz. I felt like the Buzz Attack was stronger overall and stronger at the break point.

In the box condition, I think this will be a monster on the typical house shot. Don't be nervous to put a little polish on the ball.

If you like the original Buzz, and want a little more ball, than give Lane Masters a call and pick up this ball.

Scott,

To my mind/eyes/brain,
you're only saying that the amount of oil you're bowling on is perfect for the Buzz but not really emough for the Buzz Attack which has a more aggressive surface and requires more oil?

That may be the definition of an almost perfect ball for the amount and pattern of the oil and the lane surface you're on: the ball holds when you pull it inside and recovers when you swing it out too far!

The Buzz is more for medium-light to medium oil, while the Buzz Attack is more for medium to medium-heavy oil. They're not so much alternatives as go-to or complementary balls.

Yup, Scott.
Just got to be careful sometimes about that "house shot". It can convince to use a ball like the BA, a new "toy", when the Buzz is the better matchup.
Many us, including yours truly, are often enticed into using the stronger ball because we find "A" line with it, even though it may not be the best line.
I guess that's my bottom line. Maybe I'm talking more to myself, as I know I've been suckered into using too strong a ball too many times recently.
