Hi At all
on the lanemaster site the finish of the coverstock said Factory Polish; how can i resurface the cover with Abralon pad to obtain the original OOB condition ?
Any info is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

You can't. You need to get the surface to 800 grit US and Abralon does not come in the equivalent grade, P1600 grit. You can get close with a Siaair pad (Brunswick calls them Micro Pads) which comes in P1500 grit or use a Scotch Brite light grey pad, which is 800 grit US.

(It is possible that Abralon now has a P1500 grit pad. I just have not seen it yet.)

Then apply Lanemasters Factory Finish polish.

if you found a 1500 grit US which is 750 grit US, between that and 800 grit US is unrecognizable by mere mortals.

Actually Valentino's was selling some p1500 pads a while back, cause I bought one.

(edit - charlest must have too - just looked at the back and it was made by Siaair.  Never mind)

Buying a single P1500 pad or a grey nylon pad is cheaper than buying a bottle of Resurrection + shipping (even though most people would find many uses for it). And he did ask if he could achieve the stock surface with ABRALON. My answer is still no, as far as I know. Yes, he could do it with a Valentino pad, a Siaair Velvet pad, or a P1500 grit wet/dry sandpaper or Resurrection.
