ball choice for girlfriend

she has been throwing the playmaker for 1to 2 years since it came out.good ball for her but it just soaks up way to much oil.we have to bath it about every 50 to 60 games.just want her to try l/m balls .i would almost bet her carry would go up.she is a 155 avg bowler.speed about 13 to 14.plays more or less like norm duke down the 5 to 8 board.more hand around the ball.lower rev rate.pin on her playmaker is about 1 1/2 inches up over fingers with circle  under pin in middle of grip.ball works well for her.i was thinking about particle black pearl for her since the ball definately carries well.and is a slower controlled hook to the pocket.any suggestions

You really can''t go wrong with any of them.  If you want to try one, look in the LM buy/sell section and pick up a first or second drill ball - much smaller investment and she can get a ball that''ll last easily several hundred games.  I know Laybzz74 is selling two balls for a very good price if she throws 15''s.  I know they''re 2nd drills, but do not let that dissuade you - I''ve got 3-4 2nd drills that roll just fine.  If I hadn''t already promised the wife I wouldn''t buy any more balls this year, I''d have snatched them up already.  (Plus Laybzz is a real standup guy - one of the best sellers I''ve bought from.)

Women in my home area and with stats like your wife's have really good success with the Original Black Pearls, Absolute Powers and Satisfaxions.

A couple of women I personally know have fired 300's with Black Pearls.

thank everyone that responded.my first choice is the blk prl particle.but i wanted to see what everyone else would suggest.any l/m ball is good im just trying to see what is the best option for her.she does bowl 9 to 12 games a week and starting to do reasonabley well in tournements.she is  not like me that bowls good in the league then chokes in the tounament.she does well in tournaments and average in league play or above on anygiven nite.
