Yes your right. Diamond Particle gives a different reaction than Super Carbon. DP gives a much more even reaction where as SC gives a much more violent reaction off the friction. Now of course layouts and surface prep can help smooth out the reaction. Being a high rev player i fill that Sc is for higher rev player's. Where as Dp is for strokers. But it really all depends on what reaction your looking for.Irregardless of which cover stock your throwing they both dont lose reaction after a certain period of time. Ball death gave me the opportunity to throw some of his stuff. Wow is all i can say about the reaction it gave me. Legends and Lanemaster are a beast. P.S. I will end my long story with a song that i hope all Legends and Lanemasters users will use when they strike. DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER

I find it hard to compare the two since they are used in different balls for different purposes with different cores. This makes valid comparisons kind of difficult.

My personal preferences has been for the Legends variants, while finding the Absolute Power (Lanemasters) and the New Standard (Legends) being my preferences, at this point in time.
