No.. its not 1500 polish.. that magazine is wrong lol.. i saw it too

320 wet sand...
400 wet sand...
800 wet sand
then grey pad
and light factory polish..

I like mine at 800 wetsand and then polished.. this gives is a hard arc finsish, versus a snap.... i exclude the grey pad.
