Big Bang particle

What is the cover preparation for the Big Bang particle ball? I just purchased one and I want to knock the shine of. Thanks

Pretty sure it was the same for most of their particles: sand to 800 grit, apply a heavy, high gloss dose of the their factory finish polish,

Then use a Scotch-Brite light grey pad, by hand, to haze the polish and leave what they termed a "sheen".

which, for all intents and purposes,were the same as the diamond dust used in their Legends series particle balls. Trizact pads do an excellent job, but you really need diamond pads (kind of expensive) are the only thing that will truly affect the particles. You can certainly use Siaair or Abralon to affect the resin itself, if not the particles.
