And, if I have any influence on you folks, I'll keep pushing for details about each ball: how you drilled it, how you throw it and on what type of oil pattern you use it well. Even if they're generalities, so as not to bog people's brains with too much detail, but some detail is needed. Sharing and helping means information. later ...
As a start, I find the Absolute Power and the NS2 to THE major balls, with CONTROL designed in.
Others, like the Guaranteed, AP2, are control by nature of their relative earliness.
Others, like the World Class, BK and the original New Standard can become control
type balls by nature of the bowler's release, the amount of oil on which they are used, and by drillings.
Then put the pin on the bowler's PAP and almost any ball can be a control ball.
