I've been told that the Perfect is a particle polished pearl. I wouldn't think so from it reaction, for me. But I do like the ball.

I've used that ball on medium-light oil; I wouldn't say it was usable on light oil.
The Perfect is on closeout right now;so I'm not sure how many are left.

I think that's the equivalent to wanting to roll a Avalanche on the Badger .Not your best option !

Oh, you'd be surprised. You shouldn't cut your options short by prejudging a ball.
One the best light to medium-light balls I ever threw was the Columbia Ego and that was also supposed to be a particle pearl.

I miss particle ball reactions myself.  They were always very good for me for smoothing backend reaction especially on house shots.  I just wish the ones that were still being made would be marketed with particle load information. 

By the way, with the right surface, I would have no problem using an Avalanche on Badger. 

I have 220 on my Hyroad solid and it did very well on the badger
