My experience with the Lane Masters Perfect was it was a little bouncy in the pocket, and I left a lot of corner pins with it.  My guess is it has more skid than traction particles.  It might be a good match for bowlers with higher rev rates that tend to leave 8 and 9 pins, but not for me with my stroker revs.
