Legends/lane master's company

Is legends/lane masters a independent company or are they owned by another company like the hammer ebonite situation.

As far as I know, they are a completely independent company. The principal bought the assets of AZO. Their company and manufacturing plant is in Stockton, CA. They use/manufacture their own cores and buy their own resins and particle imbedded resins from an independent source.
