Actually, The Answer was their first particle pearl and it didn't sell well; I got one used from AllStarBowling-Joe (had a useable layout for me) and it's decent enough for lighter conditions.
 Now, regarding the Black Pearl ... Galen tells me that it's a bit longer than the NS and as a stronger back end reaction; it's due for release around mid-October.
 Also coming out at the same time is their reactive version of the Big Bang ... the Big R Bang !!! I've seen the promo flyer on it and it has the specs, reaction descriptions, and a pic of the ball and the core; a very cool-looking orange ball, IMHO !!! (Send me your email and I'll send that flyer to you; sorry, but I don't have one on the Black Pearl yet).
