Did you check out the BTM review of the Solid Strike in this past month's issue, April?

The words place it close to the Sure Strike, although the numbers vary since the Sure Strike was reviewed in Spet. 2007. They say the Solid is slightly earlier and smoother, as Tony had indicated. Still a good medium oil ball.

I have some inight on the solid strike, although not my best insight since the thumb didn't feel right so it is being plugged and redone. I need my thumb to fit right and put some more games on it before giving it a good impression.

The ball is alot stronger than anticipated, Mine is drilled exactly like my Xtreme damage which is my good medium heavier oil ball. This ball is very similar in shape, a much harder than ANTICIPATED midlane read, and a backend that one would expect out of the yeah baby core. I had a hard time from keeping it going high on me.

It needs medium oil atleast from my findings so far. Mine is drilled 5 1/2 x 4 3/4 pin about 1 1/4 above my bridge. 1000 polished

i have massive impact drilled rico. ball is great in carry down or longer patterns. seems to work best a matte finish for me. shined up it just stores up way to much for the back end. u can check my profile for my stats. for me this is a medium oil, longer pattern, possibility of carry down type of ball. clears the pins well and keeps them low. it gets some attention with the flag on it and all that. i would say if u can find one get it for sure.
