They are different. The Dynamic Power is more of an arc reaction and is at home on medium heavy to heavy oil concentration.
The Black Diamond, in box condition, gets more length, saves energy, then turns sharply, a hard arc, almost skid flip, on the back end. Factory polished, the Black Diamond is good on medium to medium heavy conditions. Take the polish off, and the BD shows its strong side on medium heavy to heavy conditions.
