there gonna replace a ball and its gonna be 2 weeks before i get the replacement b/c there in cali. that sucks. but they are replaceing it so thats awsome. to bad i had to pay $22 in shiping.

Too bad you don't live within driving distance like I do.

You are getting a new ball though and that's great customer service.  I assume you are doing it yourself rather then a pro shop because you bought off the internet?  Or it was clearly not the driller's fault.  Otherwise the pro shop would be handling all this.  

And it might be two weeks because they actually have to make the ball for you.

2 weeks because 5 days there 5 days here for shiping... i bought it threw my pro shop and this is the second one that did this and as soon as i get it im gonna get rid of it b/c im just gonna buy another spare ball.(its an arrow that cracked AGAIN)and the last time it happend my pro shop did it and for some reason they charged him for a ball and he told me to do this b/c that was bull crap.(pretty sure it was his fault but he doesnt realize that haha)
