I just spoke with Galen about getting my ball replaced, he gave me the RMA# and told me to bring it up (they're only 45 minutes away from me). How awesome of customer service is that?!
Reason being, my BRB is basically falling apart...it's making a concentric circle crack around the finger holes, and the coverstock is chipped all to hell (less than 100 games, and I'm an easy roller)
