I just now tried to look at the new site and all I get is the top half of the page. Won't show a whole picture.
Am I the only one having this problem and if so can anyone tell me why?

I like that you can change the numbers on the scale for Revs, Speed, Hook Angle, Tilt and Oil Volume and see how the roolling curve/arc changes..
-
Gotta agree the new website is one of the better ones if not the best out there. Many manufacturers websites leave a lot to be desired.
Been looking at a few LM/L balls. Still using my NS2 in many sport condition tourneys.
Looks like this years stuff is very nice.

I had to try it on 2 different computers. I had the same scrolling problem on my laptop. I went to my PC and it worked just fine.. Not too sure why it is like that.

I tried it on my PC on both AOL & Explorer and I only get the top half of the page, so at this point I can't say WOW or it is an improvement as it is a dis-improvement on my screen at the moment. I don't understand why some people "supposedly" get a full picture while others like myself, Drrev2000, and etc. don't get a full picture.

Most of the problems you may encounter are probably browser related. I use Mozilla Firefox 2.0 mainly and have no problems.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the version of Internet Explorer. In my case version seven upstairs only had the half screen while version six downstairs had the full screen...

BTW, just in case you haven't noticed or simply have not looked at this new web site in depth, you can now do ball comparisons of up to three "L/LM" balls at a time !!! How ??? The steps are listed below ...
- Go to "BALLS", then click on the first ball of your choice,
- When that screen comes up, go to the left side and click on "Back to Balls"
and select another ball of your choice from the rotating circles of balls by
clicking on that ball.
- When the first ball is select, you will see that ball's "Technical" stats on
the screen.
- Repeat this step again until you have the balls that you wish to compare;
again, up to a total of 3 balls may be compared. You'll notice that after the
second ball is selected, the screen will have changed from the "Technical"
ball stats to "Lane Diagram".
- When the "Lane Diagram" screen is, you'll see that it shows three different
color lines; they are color-coded & match the 3 balls that you have selected!
- The final option is on the left side of the lane; here you can fine-tune
those three ball's lane reaction by inputting (if known) your:
> Revs,
> Ball Speed,
> Hook Angle(Axis Rotation),
> Tilt(Axis Tilt), and
> Oil Volume.
If you don't know your personal stats, the figures will default to "generic" figures. I spoke to Galen about this feature and they plan on updating it to help users to understand how to get the proper Oil Volume figure.
As it stands right now, I'd say just input your known stats and "play" with the Oil Volume figures and watch how it affects the reaction shapes. If you don't know your "stats", just play around with the feature; I believe that this is still a great tool in this situation because you could possibility get a better understanding of how those various factor affect the ball's reaction and line "shape" on the lane.
HAVE FUN and enjoy the new Web site !!!

Hi Everyone,
There's a notice on LM/L's web site indicating that Internet Explorer Version 7 will not work properly. To see which version you are using, click on HELP located on the menu bar, then click on About Internet Explorer. The version information will be in the center of the screen.
This website: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/support/default.mspx, will tell you how to roll back version 7 to version 6. The text of the message is:
To uninstall Internet Explorer 7 to return to Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP
Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
Click "Add or Remove Programs."
Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box.
Scroll down the list and highlight the version of Internet Explorer 7 that you are running, and then click "Change/Remove." (If you are running Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview — March 20 or later, it is not necessary to check "Show Updates.")
Of course, only follow the above if you're comfortable making system software changes, are using version 7, and want to see the entire LM/L website.
Happy "Turkey Day" to everyone!

Three days ago it wouldn't work for me on neither AOL nor Explorer 7.
It now works for me on BOTH AOL and Explorer 7.

Jim .... and all other roomies,
I spoke to Galen earlier this week on this issue and Robbie was to have corrected it; apparently, based upon Jim's thread, the issue/problem, has been corrected.
