Help Getting into web site

I've been trying to buy the Red Diamond and Black Pearl-The Deep Sea and have needed to sign in with a new password both times.
I'm now being told my e-mail address is not registered.
I'm about to give up, can anyone on here guide me to a solution?

Tried Buddies either out of stock or not in 14lbs.
I did finally log on to LF/LM site and they too are either out of stock or no 14lbs.
I'm just trying to purchase but their making it hard.
But on second thought,maybe there selling very well, which is a good thing.

I just (4:45 PM Eastern time) tried www.lfbowling.com. I ordered a 14 lb, 2-3" pin, 2.5 - 3.5 oz top  Red Diamond and it took me to the last stages of the order (i don't want one right now).

I did see this message about 15 lb. Red Diamonds:
"15# Currently out of stock 9/12/13 Exept for 0-2" PINS and Low or High TOP. Back in stock date 9/26/13."

I went into the site as charlest did and it shows 14lb 2-3PIN 2.5 to 3.5 in stock. I'm not sure if you didn't have everything correct. 15lbs. out of stock except for 0-2 PINS. Bob I don't see how you could not have gotten this ball. I haven't made anychanges to the inventory levels in over 2 weeks. Bob we were in a big run on Big Bangs. I'm sorry I am only one guy here. I am pouring more Red Diamonds on Monday/Tuesday. Please contact me directly if you have any questions at staff@lfbowling.com.

To all who have replied, thank you.
I went back in and the order is now complete.
I was asking for a 3-4" pin with The Red Diamond which was causing the problem, reduced it to 2-3" and all is well at this time.
Tony, I was not being harsh with my comments about Lane Masters at all, if they were out of stock I take that as a sign of selling product. Nothing else.
As I've told you before I wish the company all the best and can't wait to start using the newer equipment in the Dayton, Ohio area as soon as it's delivered.
