Best Balls Available Now for each lane condition

I'm looking to replace many of my bowling balls and I was just curious to see other people's opinions. What are the best balls available for drier lanes, medium oily lanes and for a heavier lane condition? I'm open to any brand type.

Depends on what you want in terms of ball surface, reaction and where you feel most confortable throwing the ball at.
