1st time on synthetics

i am a new bowler(less than a year) and bowled for the 1st time on synthetic at a brand new house. wow! are all synthetics slick or was it just the oil pattern? i shot the ten pin with a normal hand position and my khameleon didn't hook away. it also appears that the new kickbacks really mix pins. i got my strikes on shots that would have left a mess at my normal house.

they're a little slicker( mainly in the front of the lane)....ive always bowled on synthetics(only bowled for 2 yrs).  Now when i went to bowl on fresno state's 40 year old wood lanes, wow! what a difference
