2-handed then 1 handed
« on: November 06, 2008, 09:38:24 PM »
I was watching 2004 Bowling US Open: Match 1: Palermaa vs WRW Jr-1
Osku bowls first shot two handed then spares with 1 hand....that's legal? even with USBC? I thought you can not switch hand(s).

You can't switch from right to left or of left to right. Bowling two handed, his primary hand is still his right hand so going from two to one is not illegal.

Yea like already stated his right hand is in the ball when he throws 2 handed, his right hand is in the ball when he throws at his spares so no rules are broken as like as its the same hand.
