Technically, you cannot "drill out" a CG. The CG marker just indicates the ball's heavy spot before punching holes into it, and therefore shifting the internal weight distribution around. You can not "kill" the CG, just move it around within legal limits or try to kill/neutralize it.
Furthermore, pin, CG and MB positions are ALWAYS relative to the user's PAP. Therefore, any "interpretation" of your layout is just a wild guess without knowing some more data about the respective ball user. Could be long and snappy, or a strong arc. MANY factors involved.
