While, at some point in the past, your question might've had some relevance, todays technological advances have made it almost a moot point. I mean, just how good of a ball do you need?
Even the entry level reactives of today have FAR more hook, and hitting power, than even the best balls available 20 years ago. The senior US OPEN and the womens US OPEN were both won by bowlers using Ebonites new CYCLONE, an entry level ball.
Are you talking durability? Are you talking performance? Are you talking value?
You need to quantify your explanation of what constitutes "best" in your opinion, then we could make better suggestions/arguments for some over the others. Until then, all you will get are personal preferences and conjecture.
