Just bowled my first league set as a lefty last night. I have something going on in my left hip where I can barely make it through a set right handed. Without getting it checked out, I'm guessing it is a soft tissue injury around the joint. Anyway, I bowled pain free! For those of you that have switched hands, any tips on the change over? I got a 14 lb rocket drilled left a few years ago and have already bowled a bit lefty, but nothing serious.

Make sure you work on having good timing. In the 25 years since I switched, timing issues have been something I have battled the most. When I'm on I'm on, but when I'm off, it's just a battle and saps the fun out of the session!

Oh yeah. My accuracy was hellish because I am prone to fast feet. Even left handed. I think that was the cause of sending so many shots wide. Only pulled a couple inside. Ended up averaging 134 for the night, which was acceptable in my eyes.
