Wow, your XXX is a heavy oil ball, and stronger than the depth charge and reloaded?  Or did you mean the new extreme XXX?

And hotwire is right.

My XXX (not the extreme) is pretty strong.. I havent got my depth or my sonic X yet. My reloaded is scuffed which keeps it quite controllable and for med-heavy..

Im spending about $150 on the depth and sonic X together, both used, the depth has like 3 games on it, the pro shop owner drilled it up and plugged it to sell, the sonic x is also used, i may get a new one and then itll be more towards $200 but i dont know yet. Not too expensive really..

Well, just remember not to drill the depth too strong, since it's naturally a strong ball.

In theory no as long as you can match up to the conditions correctly with equipment, drilling, surface prep, etc.  There might be a bit of hole between the Depth and Sonic...but seeing as these would both be drilled at the same time I'm sure your Pro Shop guy will take each balls' properties into account when drilling.

I wouldn't worry about using a XXX for what you might consider heavy oil.  I actually use a XXX as my current heavy oil ball, but rarely have a need for it.  Everyone needs to remember that heavy oil to one person might be med heavy to another.

Yeah, I use the XXX on Sunday nights, between it and my reloaded i have been averaging 220 for the past 4 weeks. They put out a good amount of oil which i consider heavy. Also another house I bowl out puts a lot of oil out and i can use it there also as long as i play the right line.
