Powermachine-
I am also a low track bowler 3-1/4 to 3-1/2. I layout my equipment
just like anyone else, Pin to PAP and CG to PAP. Low track bowlers
will have a lot of negative to neutral pins and centerline CG's
but the layout process and the lane play results are the same as
they would be for a medium or high track bowler.
Obviously there is inherent positives and negatives to low or
high track bowlers but as icewall said the bowlers tilt to track
diameter is where a low track bowler can get into trouble. If
someone has like a 5 or 6" track diameter they are likely a
spinner and other drilling issues may need to be addressed
In your situation, with you averaging 215 in league, I doubt that
to be the case. Lay out your equipment Pin to PAP X GG or MB
to PAP and you should be good to go. If you feel or identify you
are spinning the ball and it's an issue You may want to invest
in a wrist brace or lighter ball until you rebuild or strengthen
your wrist.
