Proshop drilling equipment

Just a question you all need to ask your driller.
Does he have a 1/4" or 1/2" rod exactly straight to center his x-y axis table with his drillpress??????    If he doesn't, find another proshop.

How about centering the ball by using a plugcutter and a sheet of paper? Isn't that accurate enough?

Or pitch gauges to check what holes have been drilled when zeroing in your equipment.

I'd assume this comment is more aimed at home shops then anything
…… you can't  add a physics term to a bowling term and expect it to mean something.
