Please help,I want to order some inserts and all I have are vise number 5 and 6.Does anyone here know what the fractional number for these inserts are?

Um..  I thought 5 was 5/8 and I haven't ever seen a 6..  are you sure its not a 9 and that the size could be 9/16?

Here is a list of the sized they come in, and the number on the inside of the insert is the first number in the fraction

Regular

Drill Size: 31/32 or 1"
37/64", 19/32", 39/64", 5/8", , 41/64", 21/32", 43/64", 11/16", 45/64", 23/32", 47/64", 3/4", 49/64", 25/32", 51/64", 13/16", 53/64", 27/32", 55/64", 7/8", 57/64" and 29/32".

Ladies

Drill Size: 7/8" (Ladies)
Insert Size: 17/32", 9/16", 19/32", 5/8", 21/32", 11/16", 23/32" and 3/4".

Sometimes the number is the first digit in the fraction but Vise numbers theres on a scale with half (.5) sizes as well. I know 10th Frame uses the number scale as well but without the half sizes.
