Big shout out to one of our area's best bowlers, and a really all around nice guy, Darryl Carreon for shooting the second 300 game at this year's USBC Nationals tournament.

He hails from the DMV, and has represented well! Great job, Dude!!

Awesome job.  We all know those nationals conditions are no joke.

That sounds like the perfect ball and surface for that shot.  From what I've seen and heard, the backends are on the soft side, that sounds like the perfect remedy!  Nice job too!  I had the front 9 a couple years ago and just that was cool enough with the people and cameras gathering behind the pair, but to get it done has to be awesome!

THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!!

That was quite the experience.

What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?

There were too many variables to try to adjust during practice, i.e. ball, ball speed, surface, etc.

I jumped 4 and 2 (left) in the 10th frame of game 1, struck twice, try a Venom Shock (1000 polished) in the fill but wasnt too confident with that ball, so I stuck with the Rage. From then on, it was micro moves rest of the block.

10th frame game 3, i never turned around after each shot. Keep it intimate, you know? Just me and the lane.. hahaha.
