Do thicker shells hit better?
« on: April 18, 2004, 08:40:11 PM »
I went from the v2 series to Track in the last few months.

what I noticed is the track ball hit better. by that I mean they kick pins arounf the deck more. carry off hits a little better, probably becuse of the extra pin action I see.

while cleaning Both of these ball lines I noticed that my track shells are at least twice as thick as the ebonite balls.

Am I just imagining things? Since I have scored well with both lines maybe it dosen't matter over the course of a year or maybe a few pins higher in avg.

How thick are the other Mamnufacture shells? lane 1? azo? hammer? DT?
