Title: 300? Oops!!!

Funny, but sad story here.  A buddy of mine had 12 strikes in one game and only shot 299 last night.  How you ask?  He had the first 9 and got up to throw the 10th shot and crushed the hole: Strike!  Someone brought it to his attention that he shot it on the wrong lane!  So he gets himself on the correct lane and strikes on the 10th and 11th and a 9-count on the fill ball.  So there you have 12 strikes in one game and shoot 299.  I'm kinda glad it wasn't me!

That had to be heart breaking! Really BAD break .. hope it wasn't his FIRST 300 (almost)game!

Naw, not his first.  I think it would have been his 6th 300.

we have a guy with a 13 strike 300 game. he started the game on the wrong lane.
