Date: Sunday, September 16th, 2012. First squad starts at 11a.m., second squad starts at 12:30 pm

Prize Fund: Top 8 spots GUARANTEED: 1,500 1st, 500 2nd, 250 3rd & 4th, 150 5th-8th
Entry Fee: $50 per squad* First Squad when 4+ prepay together before 9-16-12 or 2nd Squad re-bowl
$60 per squad* 1st Squad individual prepay before 9-16-12
$70 per squad* 1st or 2nd Squad ONLY, individual entry day of the Tournament
Format: 3 Game Qualifying Squads across 6 lanes. Top 8 Scores from combined squads cash/advance to an
8 bowler single game elimination matchplay bracket
