The amount of oil laid out is criitical in the first 3-5 games. Sometimes the regionals do VERY light oil, in which case the weakest, mildest backend ball is best, FOR YOUR RELEASE.
Spares are of utmost importance. DO NOT throw a hook at any spare. Straight ball with speed or TOTALLY flat release is virtually essential.
