Recently (very recently) there was (is) a posting talking about BALL DRILLING! Talk was about HOW DIFFICULT a job it is and HOW MUCH WORK GOES INTO IT!
It raises a question in my mind and thought I'd ask it of other bowlers!
How many times do you CHANGE your ball drilling specs? CLARIFICATION: When you are about to be drilled the driller has to re-measure your grip or you say .. I'm unhappy with what you did for me last time .. or my last ball isn't drilled right for me? I DON'T MEAN that you want this ball to go a little different (I think that will dictate that the same SPANS are to be drilled but in a different place)! If you decide you want a DIFFERENT PITCH that would qualify a CHANGE in SPECS!
How many get changes in drilling specs and how often do you get a different ball?
