just got a columbia high flush and had a 258, 234, and in the last game had my first open of the night in the first frame. Then had a 177 in the 8th with a stike in the 9th and just put so much presure on myself in the 10th because i thought i needed a strike my first ball and what do i do? I pull the ball 15 boards and get 3 pins. Second throw the ball just snapped on me and i got 6 and then i find out all i needed was a spare and 2 pins. What a disapointment, and who says bowling isn't mental.

No, but math could be.

3 holes of fun!!

we tend to bowl better when we keep our focus at just one ball at a time. just thinking execution outcome instead of score outcome. its all a learning experience. still a good set.

I remember being there. I remember when I shot my first 700 I didn't even know until the game was over. I clicked space to pull up the recap to write down the rest of my teams scores and realized I shot a 703 lol. It will come, just focus on one shot at a time and youll be fine.

dont think about how much you need. just try your hardest...if you have to set a goal pretty high so if you shoot a little under...youll be okay.

Yep. Thinking on the approach really sux.
I still have the ball I shot my first 700 with - a 710 with a Ninja Fury.
That was a few years ago.
