An unusually high amount of those splits generally means you're hitting the pocket very flat. A few things you can do to try and avoid these situations are all minor and they can include;
On the approach: Move up, back, or side to side .5" until you stop hitting flat.
YOU: Try generating more revs on the ball if possible to create more pin action. Also try playing a tighter line to the pocket, or even a greater angle of entry to see if it helps.
As far as the tens go, they're almost (usually) the same problem except it could be the ball not actually matching the conditions, you not matching the drill layout, or a combo of all three. You can do the same previous adjustments to reduce the ten pins as well, but keep in mind sometimes you'll have to change balls to get the job done.
