867 with a Modern Marvel
« on: April 11, 2012, 08:08:39 PM »
Haven't been around lately so sorry to just drop in after being gone so long.

But today I set the high scratch series at our bowling center with a 867 using Rough Buff on a Modern Marvel.  I shot 299+289+279 in that order for a 867 series in a sanctioned league.

Hope everyone is doing well.  I really like the topics being discussed in the misc section.

Barry

Thanks for the responses.

Gene, Oh yea, Storm. I should stopped by on my trip to Reno last year.  I came back 395 and half way home the wind was crazy.  Knocked over a semi.  I seen a big swarm of bugs flying across the road but I decided to drive through them.  They weren't bugs, they were stones and I was in my wife's Corvette.  I didn't even stop.  I just continued home.  Next day I washed the car.  It looked pretty good wet.  Dry, it was wiped out.  It cost the insurance company $13000 to fix it and me a $1000.  Should gone to 5 and taken it south.

Thanks again,

Train a child up in the way they should go and when they are old they will do some "Damn Good Bowling", be a "DV8" and not turn from it, besides bowling starts with a Big B!

Great shooting Barry....

I walked in to Admiral Robinson Center last night for our Wednesday Night Sweepers.

Everyone is talking about the new record you set yesterday morning.. SUPER...

Would be nice to see some great games (from you) on this Sunday morning FUN/POT games.

Catch you on the lanes.

Great bowling. Three nine-counts. Just out of curiosity, what did you leave? Good thing you quit after 3 games, you were really starting to struggle...........
