Of course he's a bad bowler. His ball didn't cost $200+, doesn't hook at all, and his average is lower. What part of that says he's not a bad bowler?

There should be no handicap in no tap tournaments. The fact that only 9 pins are required for a strike levels the playing field.

I agree. My leagues always have a no-tap tourney to end the season after payouts. Someone asked me if I was going to do it and I said no way. Turns out that the person who asked me shot 897 and finished 2nd. Now I know why.

What is really bad is when people out there (and there are people out there who do this), want to handicap the tournament based on your league average. Why would you handicap a no tap tourney?
