In less then a week a part I thought. The difference for 800 and 900 is typically 4 strikes or so in any given series.

If you have a larger number of 800s bowled your odds of 900 are better as well.
…… you can't  add a physics term to a bowling term and expect it to mean something.

Hasnt it been recently that 900s comes in pairs. Usually within a week or two of each. Reading about the first one this time, the last time he bowled he almost hit 900 also, had 888 with 2 300's then shot his 900.

Better video of it, since the first one was completely sideways.

And he may want to wipe off his shoes and clean the approach after that last shot. ;)

Geez is this a joke? Dam like to bowl at that house?Hate to say it but the USBC needs to get ahold of this houseshot disgrace. And they want a 5$ increase. The integrity of bowling is a figment of our imagination. When guys can create 15 boards of room why bowl.

It seems to me that a poster out here predicted these would start coming more fast and furious after people got their mind around it.

As the two handers increase in numbers and start having them it will escalate in frequency.

Every so often the stars and planets align themselves...

Two days ago in our senior league an 83 year old man rolled his first ever 300 game.  He's been bowling his whole life and thought any chance of that had long gone.  Ya just never know...  83 years old!!

If you want actual THS enforcement of whatever new standard you feel is necessary, be ready to pay out the ass for it.

It is unrealistic to enforce a shot standard at over 4000 bowling centers on any regular basis.

I just hope i get a shot at a 900 sometime, like having the front 33 and idk what id be feeling stepping up in the 10th frame. Had the front 10 last nite 288 in the 2nd game and then front 9 3rd game and then split 264 3rd game.

Has there been any 890-899 series, or has everyone with the first 35 managed to strike on the last?

The lefty shot a 888 a couple of weeks before the 900 and his average is in the 230 range and the older guy average 247 last year.

These two gentlemen experienced what most of us only dream about.  Don't find fault, but congratulate them for their accomplishments.  If you think today THS is to easy, then I will look for your name as the next person to roll a 900.  Good Luck!
