if i send someone a offer and they reply that they will take it. i consider it a done deal. i will send the money by paypal in the next few minutes or mail it the same day. if i'm not sure i want it, i don't offer.

I consider it a deal when the two parties come to a mutually acceptable agreement for goods or services rendered.
I.E... If someone has something ( a ball per se ) and I make them an offer that they accept and contact me with information that the deal and conditions thereof are acceptable, I consider it a done deal and will abide strictly by whatever terms I have agreed to.
