Anyone seen this article on the USBC website regarding the PBA's Ultimate Scoring Championship?
Here is a link, it's quite the article:
http://bowl.com/articleView.aspx?i=15051&f=1Opinions on it?
My thoughts I took a little offense to being called "Joe Bowler" by the USBC. But the USBC could care less about "Joe Bowler".

We pay our membership dues, yet get no say in what they do, sorry that's different post.
Back to the tournament.
According to them I would fit the "Competitive Bowler" category. Fine, whatever.
47 of the 64 bowlers averaged 220 on a so-called easy condition.
Which means 17 PBA bowlers couldn't average 220 over 14 games.
Here's a link to the results page of that tournament:
http://www.pba.com/livescoring/qual_results.aspx?RoundID=1168Some scored really well, some didn't score as high as you thought they might.
Bragging on how 4 of the Pro's averaged over 240 for 14 games is not doing the Pro's justice, I've done that and I'm sure many of you out there have too.
The pro's ARE that good, we get it, just like in every other sport it takes great talent and hard work to achieve the status of "Professional".
I wonder how Randy and Rob are going to call this tournament, I'll be very interested on how BAD they make "Joe Bowler" feel compared to "Pro Bowler".
Also, is "Joe Bowler" related to "Joe the Plumber"?
