A lot Backend Reaction
« on: January 23, 2010, 11:33:07 AM »
I'm looking for a ball to give me a lot of backend reaction. What would be a good ball?

Legends Black Diamond has a lot of back end reaction for me.  The cover will last a long time.

break point pearl
bounty hunter pearl
bedlam
either of the c systems
the new mission looks like a strong ball
reign of fire looks like a strong move too

not really familiar with the ogre but i believe its intended for lesser oil then what you inquired about
do remember that any strong ball with the right drilling and cover adjustments made will fit your needs

balls like the:

invasion
VG
jigsaw corner
total bedlam
mission
c-system(s)
mutant cell
pure swing
breakout
black widow sting

and of course there are other various choices such as the black widow nasty if you wanted a lot of length (high rg core)

I would avoid balls like

ogre ss
hammer burn

as you said you throw somewhat fast and are a stroker. im betting these wouldnt flip unless the house you bowl at tends to make anything skid/flip orientated flip when it hits the end of the pattern.

I agree with charlest that there are tw categories that you left open in terms of oil handling.

My Choice for a power stroker:

900global breakout

rated by BTM to have an abundance of backend especially for their stroker tester!

tweener
